The current OC Sound COVID-19 vaccination policy states “Every member of OC Sound Chorus must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 - meaning:
1) they have received two vaccine doses (or one J & J),
2) at least 30 days have passed since their second dose and
3) they have provided proof of vaccination to the specified member of OC Sound leadership.”

I am completely satisfied with the current OC Sound COVID-19 vaccination policy exactly as it is.
Yes
No
I wish the OC Sound COVID-19 vaccination policy:
Were more restrictive (such as: requiring boosters, wearing masks at rehearsals, etc.).
Would stay the same.
Were less restrictive (such as: not requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination, etc.).

There is a write-in area at the very end for any additional thoughts you may have.
This will make it easier to gather everyone's opinions.)
If I attended rehearsal with someone who was not fully vaccinated for COVID-19,
I would feel:
Completely comfortable.
Somewhat comfortable.
Neutral.
Somewhat uncomfortable.
Uncomfortable.
It is important to me that every OC Sound member who attends
in-person rehearsals is fully vaccinated.
I agree.
I am neutral - it does not matter to me if my fellow members are vaccinated or not.
I disagree.

If OC Sound changed its current “fully vaccinated” COVID-19 policy
to “COVID-19 vaccination optional”,

I would:
Stay a member and increase my in-person rehearsal attendance.
Stay a member and attend in-person rehearsal as usual.
Stay a member but reduce my in-person rehearsal attendance.
Stay a member but no longer attend in-person rehearsals at all.
Have to think about whether or not to stay a member.
Leave OC Sound temporarily (such as a leave of absence, etc.).
Leave OC Sound permanently.
Regarding COVID-19 illness, and illness in general

If OC Sound decided that its COVID-19 guidelines will match the current CDC guidelines (changing as the CDC guidelines change),
I would:
Agree with this decision.
Feel neutral.
Disagree with this decision.

Consider the following illness policy - which covers all illness, not only COVID-19.

“Members are not allowed to attend in-person rehearsal if they are currently sick, have symptoms of being sick, or if they have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not yet gotten a negative result. This will be based on an ‘honor system’ - please consider that we have many members who have weakened immune systems and/or are at a higher risk of complications that can accompany many illnesses.”

If OC Sound implemented this illness policy, I would:
Agree with the policy.
Feel neutral.
Disagree with the policy.
If you would like to, please expand on your last answer.
If an OC Sound member tests positive for COVID-19,
before they return to in-person rehearsals I would want the member to:

Check all that apply:
No longer have any symptoms (not including new loss of taste or smell).
Have tested negative for COVID-19.
Show proof of their negative COVID-19 test.
Have isolated for the full CDC-recommended isolation time.
Wear a mask at rehearsal until "day 11", as defined and recommended per the current CDC guidelines.

Regarding performances and competitions

(Note: Sweet Adelines International has their own rules that we must follow for competitions and events. This question is only asking about OC Sound's policy.          OC Sound will, of course, comply with the SAI policy.)

The current OC Sound policy does not require any members to test negative for COVID-19 or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to a performance or competition.

How do you feel about this policy?

I agree with this policy and want it to stay as is.
I am neutral - I do not care if it stays the same or changes.
I do not agree with this policy and want it to change.
