Eliminate Trade Review/Approval from league. Trade will still be visible to the league but no vetoing allowed. Trade will be completed in one day as it was last year.

Waiver Time reduced from 2 days vs 1 day. Weekly waivers will continue to be same. This eliminates owners from hogging players and dropping them so late that nobody can pick them up until following week even though they could play in current week's matchup.
