Do I have a Drinking Problem?

I have to drink more than I use to in order to feel a buzz.

Sometimes I drink in order to stop feeling sick, or to stop my hands from shaking.

I continue to drink even though my doctor has told me it is making my medical problems worse.

I often drink and drive.

I keep telling myself I'm going to stop drinking but I always find myself drinking again.

I often drink first thing in the morning and drink sometimes throughout the day.

I think about drinking during the day, and look forward to having a drink when I get off work.

I have had conflict with my loved ones, friends or strangers because of my drinking.

People that care about me have expressed concern about my drinking.

I often drink when I'm depressed to make myself feel better.
