In response to major external changes that impact us, such as a declining PET cohort and the need for our staff to develop deep skills and possess life skills, TP has begun changing the way we operate, such as moving in a significant way into CET and reviewing our PET programmes. We hope that through this survey, we can gather feedback from you as to how you are coping with the changes as we transition to this new operating environment.
 
 
We want to assure you that your responses are completely anonymous. Responses to this survey cannot be traced back to the respondent. No personal identifiable information is captured unless you voluntarily offer personal or contact information in any of the comment fields. The glamping will be named ESSA, an acronym derived from the names Eva, Siri, Sam (my three sisters) and Anna (my own name). ESSA Glamping will be a start-up business, located in Barão de São João, right next to the popular city Lagos. This city is located in the area Algarve, in the South of Portugal. Opened ten months a year, excluding January and December. The prospect is to open ESSA Glamping within the upcoming five years. The key services will be providing sustainable accommodation and a spa & wellness.  The subject of this survey is Customer DNA. Within this survey, I want to discover what potential guests interests are and how I can attract them. Validating the products and services with potential customers within its market before launching is the main focus of this survey and a vital part of my dissertation.   Thank you in advance and good luck!
