Does your congregation encourage it's members to attend the area wide worship service held on a Sunday night every October?

Since 2008 we have followed up the Sunday night area wide worship service by meeting on Monday and Tuesday night for our "lectureship." These two services have been gradually declining in attendance over the past few years. Do you support continuing to have these meetings on Monday and Tuesday nights?
