I am looking at the HWPO Sweat program as a possible replacement. I might not offer both programs during the same time slots and I am looking to shift the afternoon classes to 4pm CrossFit, 5pm Sweat, 6pm CrossFit. Sweat might be MWF at 6:30am, 12pm, and 7pm, plus maybe a Saturday morning slot. How does this impact your workout routine?
