The Montpelier Way Pledge for Community Members

Montpelier Businesses need our help, and they are ready to continue to serve our community in every way they can. We pledge to reciprocate these efforts by supporting our local businesses and protecting the health of employees and fellow customers.

We pledge to:

-Make every effort to conduct business locally first.

-If I am unable to go to a local store in person, I will find other ways to support our local businesses through curbside pickup, delivery, online shopping, and purchasing gift cards.

-To not enter any local business if I am feeling unwell.

-To use credit cards or other contactless payment to prevent cash handling

-To wear a mask and practice social distancing when inside of any of our local businesses in order to best protect our community.

-To follow all guidelines outlined by the businesses surrounding COVID-19 prevention such as hand washing, disinfecting shopping carts, etc.
