Who should I2 cater to?
The admins of Intrim 1, we should support them even if it means short term sacrifices for us.
Older members of the Intrim 1-4 family, since they are the loyal vets.
Current members of I2, we alone should be the voice for what our guild does.

How do you feel about the current trophy minimum (300)?
It's good as it is.
It should be lowered.
It should be raised.
It should be abolished.
How do you feel about the current gold minimum (500k)?
It's good as it is.
It should be lowered.

How do you feel about missed GW battles?
Battles should be done daily with little to no exception
Battles should be done by Sunday, preferably daily but missing a few every now and then isn't a big deal
As long as they are done by Sunday, I don't care
People should be able to skip their battles and stay in I2

If we had rules in place to for GW scores, what do you think is a reasonable amount to ask of an average I2 member per week?
What idea do you like best concerning GW performance?
If a player falls below a certain minimum score, their gold/trophy reqs are increased for the next week
If a player falls below a certain minimum score for more than 2 weeks in a row, they are swapped to I3 if other applicants are available
We should do our best, and have no additional GW requirement

There are currently several former Power Gems players hunting for guilds, and some are looking at I2. This Monday, we should:
Invite them to I3, and promote them if they earn it (knowing that several will rebuff the offer)
Ask for I2 volunteers to step down, and give new members a chance
Move our lowest performing members to I3 and replace them with the new recruits
Tell them to keep looking, where they'll more than likely find another guild to join
