Request Portal

	This would be a one stop shop for users. There would be a list of requests that the user can make. The user would select the query they require and would then be prompted to input the necessary information for that query. Upon confirming the information, the portal would automatically generate an email that gets sent to the mailbox with the relevant information Possible benefit - would hopefully remove the need for back-and-forth emails asking for more information needed to complete the request.
