Should the member on medical leave be required to pay half dues?

They are required to pay half dues for their entire medical leave.

No dues required for the first 6 months, and after that they would pay half dues until their return.

No dues required at all for medical leave.

How should we address the scheduled show of the member on medical leave? The 3 month buffer accounts for deadlines for PADA, show materials etc.

If the leave is of known length and ends at least 3 months prior to their show, it can remain on the calendar. If leave is of indeterminate length, the member's show can remain on the calendar up until 3 months prior to the start of their show. If the show is canceled, the member would then reschedule with calendar committee upon return.

The member loses their spot on the calendar regardless of timing, and works with the calendar committee to reschedule upon return.

What should be the maximum length for sabbatical?

6 months

6 months, but possibility to take a longer sabbatical with board approval
