This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of social media strategies implemented by innovative companies. The principal investigator is Toby Stocks, conducting this research as part of Newcastle university. As part of the study, we would like to ask you to complete the following questionnaire. The questionnaire will ask you questions about your experiences as a consumer engaging with social media marketing strategies, including your perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours. The questionnaire will take you approximately [5-10 minutes] to complete. Any information that you provide will be kept confidential and anonymous. Your identity (name or any details that could be used to identify you) will not be disclosed. Results from the study will be aggregated and analysed collectively. Participation in this study is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time during or after the study without having to explain your reasons.
