What should my first MapleLegends character be?

I can see myself playing MapleLegends for:

A few weeks

A few months

Many months or more

I like to play:

Characters that use magic

Melee characters

Ranged characters

I am not okay relying on others for important buffs for my character to function

Disagree, I don't mind relying on others

Agree, I like being flexible and buff-independent

My role in the group is:

Making sure everyone has important, critical buffs

Receiving support from others to do a ton of damage

Casting spells to protect my allies

Controlling the boss and monsters to keep them in place

Not dying

I want to excel at:

Daily bosses with good value drops

Farming for tons of money

Dealing tons of damage, even if getting into some groups is hard

Being needed and getting into groups easily

Not dying

The type of melee character that appeals to me is:

A raging berserker that lives on a knife's edge and is prone to death

One who hits with big, meaty elemental hits

An elusive, mobile bandit that trades damage for survivability

One that builds up combo points to deal a massive strike to the enemy

A versatile jack-of-all trades with tools for control, support, and survivability

The type of ranged character that appeals to me is:

An archer with rapid-fire attacks that can buff others

An archer with methodical, rhythmic attacks that buffs others

An elusive, hyper-mobile assassin that deals a ton of damage

A pirate captain with a boat that deals tons of damage

The type of mage that appeals to me is:

A holy priest that can protect and enable allies

An archmage that unleashes powerful attacks to deal damage

I don't mind if my first character will eventually become obsolete:

Agree, I don't mind making better characters to main in the future
