In December 2020, Mums of the Hills was incorporated to serve the needs of our local community. We are going from strength to strength but would we appreciate it if you could please take the time to complete our short survey. Your answers will help to inform us on what you would like to know more about and the direction that MotHs takes for future grant applications and projects.

This survey is completely anonymous, should take no more than 5 minutes and is purely voluntary. You are under no obligation to consent to participation.The information you provide will be stored online in the highly secure extensible data management platform, Mediaflux, for 2 years. The information will be used to identify the issues associated with being a mum and parenting in the Yarra Ranges. Statistics and quotes may be used in articles, opinion pieces and presentations to support the advocacy work of MotHs Inc.
