Australia has one of the smallest game development industries in the world. There is only 3 billion in revenue out of the massive 99.3 billion global revenue. (Don't go change your answer.) The industry in Australia has nearly died out despite such a large market. (Australian gamers)

With that information, Why do you think Australia has not developed an industry as large as China or the U.S. (23 Billion in revenue each)
