PMP-303 New Knowledge

The need for evidence to inform policy and practice in pharmacy is of increasing importance.  Within the PMP-303 New Knowledge 60 credit module students will be taught research methods necessary to undertake a dissertation-based research project to contribute new knowledge to the field of pharmacy and improve the quality of patient care.  The overall aim of a MPharm research dissertation is to enable the student to explore a topic of their interest in depth and to develop their research skills. Specifically, during this module, you will demonstrate your ability to devise a SMART research question, conduct original research, critically analyse data, and draw meaningful conclusions to contribute new knowledge to the field of pharmacy and improve the quality of patient care.
