When greeted by staff with "Hello, how are you?", how do you usually respond?

"I'm great, how are you?"

"I'm alright.."

"Terrible, just let me order"

Don't say anything, just act like nothin happened.

If a worker got your order wrong, how would you react?

Tell them its okay and wait patiently.

Sigh but tell them you can wait for them to fix it.

I would be very mad. How dare they mess up my simple order!

Let's say a crew member over charged you. How would you handle it?

Politely say "Excuse me ma'am/sir, I think you over charged me.."

Say nothing, it's not that big of a deal.

Stop them and alert a worker.

Call the cops and describe the person to them.

Walk up to the register with a smile and let them know you are ready to order.

Just stand in front of the register, awkwardly waiting.

Mumble to the person your with "It'd be nice to get some service around here!"

You go into a grocery store and see some products on the floor in the isle you're shopping in. What do you do?

Put them back on the shelves. Alert a worker if one is damaged.

You arrange a tattoo appointment with an artist for a month from now. But a day before the appointment, you start having 2nd guesses about it.. How would you cancel it?

I wouldn't cancel. I made a commitment and I'll stick to it.

Call and apologize about it, explain that you don't want to go through with it anymore.

Call and argue with the artist. Make it seem like THEIR fault for cancelling.

Just don't show up. Never talk to them again.

You order something online from Amazon that's supposed to be delivered in a week. On day 8, it's till not here... What do you do?

Wait a couple more days. If it still doesn't arrive, type an email to Amazon about it.

Cancel order and demand refund from them.

Call Amazon and yell at them about how you needed it on time. Then demand refund AND free stuff.
