Being comfortable with your body

My body Image depends on what I wear or what society says

I wear cloths based more on my body image then, focusing on comfort

It's sometimes hard to look at myself in the mirror

I look in the mirror constantly, and see if I look "good"

Most of my inner thoughts are either negative or judgmental

I feel jealous sometimes looking at other males or females

I feel better about myself when I do something I love

I feel better about myself when someone compliments me on my looks or personality

I try to control my body on a healthy diet

My mood is mostly based on what I wear

I become insecure very easily

I'm happy for who I am
