Social media use is any digital platform that allows individuals to participate with others interactively, usually assessed by a smartphone or computer, e.g. email, mobile applications or apps, social network sites, interactive games and entertainment, connection or dating sites, message boards, blogs and texts (Manning, 2014). Social Media is a part of everyday life, and this study looks to see how it is used. There are no right or wrong answers, just the answer that best reflects what you have found to be true.

The most accessible places to find a pulse are:
The wrist
Stretch out a hand so the palm is facing up.
Use the first finger (or index finger) and middle finger of the other hand and place the pads of these fingers on the inside of the wrist, near the base of the thumb.
Press lightly and feel the pulse. If the vibration is not felt, then press slightly harder.
 
Checking the pulse:
Once the pulse is found, check it for about 30 seconds to practice. Heart rate in beats per minute (bpm) is worked out by:
counting the number of beats in your pulse after 60 seconds, or
count the beats for 6 seconds and multiply by 10.
