Which is closest to your feelings of how Blacks have been treated in the U.S.?

We overcame everything we were put through and now we are on top! No one can stop us!

We have gained a little respect over the years, but are still treated a bit worse than other races. It doesn't bother me as long as I'm not personally mistreated.

Nothing at all has changed, It's all the same! The same ways have been passed down through generations.

Blacks have been treated worse over the years, and by different methods. The mistreatment is more subtle, subliminal and sometimes playful nowadays.

What is going on with modern parenthood in the black community?

It is not my business what other parents are doing. I have my own to worry about or I don't have children.

We allow our children to make too many decisions before they are mature enough!

Parents in our community are doing the best they can.

Things haven't been easy for black parents but we must take more responsibility for our children and their long-term outcomes.

What do you think about sorcery, witchcraft, magic and rituals?

It's not real but it is all so interesting! I watch it on television all the time!

I believe it really exists, but I have not done much or any research on the subject.

It exists and it scares me.

People practice and perform those things in real life and I would like to know more about it in order to protect myself from it.

Which most closely fits with how you feel about talking to individuals or groups of people?

I enjoy talking to people but do not usually initiate conversation and am not much of a public speaker.

I love everything about talking to and meeting people and have no problem starting conversation. I love to speak to crowds and can maintain a transparent, light and fun environment.

I enjoy and am very good at initiating and carrying conversation with people one on one but am not at all a public speaker.

I am not very comfortable with talking to people I do not know and crowds, but after a few meetings I have no problems warming up.

What do you do when you disagree with what someone says?

I tell them that they are wrong and why they are wrong.

I try to see things from their point-of-view, then politely explain to them why I disagree.

I don't say anything. They are entitled to how they feel.

I smile and pretend to agree with them.

What would you like to see most in the black community in 20 years?

Black people gaining equality and being treated the same as other races

Black people having more unity, buying power, ownership and a strong foundation for our youth to flourish in society

Black people shining and getting money

Black people changing the view of how the world sees us

Which most closely fits your feelings about music?

Music is life! Music is everything. I don't miss a beat!

I love music, but I'm selective of the types of songs I listen to and music videos I watch.

I am a music lover that can listen to anything. Although I have been in the past, I am not easily influenced by lyrics and images.

Music is great! I understand that music influences culture and style just as much as it is influenced by those same things.
