Lex oc quiz
What's wrong with you?
Undiagnosed...
Too much to say.
I don't know? Why do people keep asking me that?
Probably a couple of things, same as everyone else.
I have my problems, but does it really matter?
I'm perfect, actually.
Nothing is wrong with me :)
Nothing, but there sure is a lot wrong with everybody else.
Pick a way to spend the afternoon. (You have it free, there isn't anything to do at the moment.)
Creative stuff, like painting/writing/woodcarving.
Jogging/gym time.
Window shop in the city, may as well pick up groceries while I'm there.
Doing something productive. If there isn't anything to do I'll clean the house or something.
At the library by myself, sitting down with a good book.
Hanging around with my friends, I'm down to do anything they want.
In my house by myself, I have a few things to occupy my time at home.
Cafe hopping or day drinking, maybe I'll call a friend to do it with.
What would help you most on a bad day?
Downtime with a loved one.
Confronting the person/situation that pissed me off. If that's impossible then fuck it I'm just mad for a while, I guess.
Screaming really loud, but somewhere nobody can hear it.
Listening to loud music.
A heavy physical workout.
Repetitive mindless activity, doesn't have to be strenuous to help.
Just need space. I'll get over it.
Indulging in a guilty pleasure, something I was supposed to quit.
If you could talk to a younger version of yourself, what would you tell them?
"Open your eyes."
"You should be a little less stubborn." (knowing perfectly well that saying this will not change things.)
"Oh, good. Listen, in a few years, you'll have to......"
"Hang in there, it doesn't get any worse from here."
"Keep doing what you're doing."
"Hold your head high."
They don't need my advice! I'm happy living it all out again.
I wouldn't want to see them.
While walking on the street, you see a pickpocket steal someone’s wallet. What do you do?
Subtly look around, just to see if anyone else saw it, but I won’t say anything.
Whistle just loud enough for both parties to hear.
Go right up to them. Alert the victim to their stolen wallet and ensure it’s returned, but ask to see if I can help the thief with any problems they might be having.
Damn. Nice hustle. I pat myself down to make sure they didn’t get me, but if they did I’m more impressed than mad.
The thief probably has their reasons. Besides, the other person didn’t notice, so I won’t tell them.
Walk faster and ignore it, but keep an eye on my own belongings now I know there is a pickpocket around.
Ohh I did not see that. I’m not part of the decision that was made and I refuse to make myself part of it, no way.
I did not see that. Like I genuinely did not see it, and if I did it didn’t register as something I should continue thinking about, I already forgot…
A friend asked you to accompany them at a party, but now that you’re there, they’re nowhere in sight. What do you do?
Stand in the back of the party until my friend shows up. It’s a little annoying, but I’ll wait.
Get in there, ask if anyone’s seen my friend around. The party is fine and all, but I’d rather hang around in it with them.
Immediately call them, they should’ve been expecting me. If they don’t pick up in a few calls, I’ll leave, since they’re the only reason I’m here.
Hang around the people there, maybe get a drink and wait for them to show up. They’re probably just distracted, it’s a party.
Try desperately to find my friend in the crowd, avoiding everyone else until I find my friend.
Strike up a few conversations to kill time. The point was being at the party, so it’s okay if my friend finds me later.
How would you try to approach someone you’ve been meaning to talk to for a while?
Try to find a reason I’d have to talk to them, a common interest or if they need help with something I’m good at.
Ask them out for coffee or lunch, it’s always easier to talk over food.
I’ll talk to them the next time we happen to meet up, it’s fine, it’s not like I have to do it right now.
I would already have spoken to them, if I’ve even been considering it.
Halfway through the day you suddenly feel like getting a snack. What is your go to?
Fruit/granola bar, something I won’t feel too bad about eating.
I’ll wait, I don’t wanna have to adjust my schedule for dinner.
Whatever just happens to be in the fridge.
Something sugary.
Jerky/dates, some preserved thing that lasts a long time.
I’ll just ignore it.
Pick a visual that most closely represents you. (or that you just like idk)
Sleek, polished machinery, oiled and carefully maintained.
A flickering streetlamp at night, the silhouette of a figure barely visible on the fringes of its spotlight.
A natural crystal formation, beautiful in imperfection.
A brutalist, industrial cityscape backed by an equally gray sky, and the brief glint of a scope in the distance.
The eroded wreckage of a battleship, sitting at the bottom of the ocean where the light doesn’t reach, colder than ice and darker than black.
A cathedral where sermons promising hellfire and eternal condemnation echo off the walls, despite the empty podium.
An overcast, deep night sky in the middle of a thunderstorm, lit up only in flashes of lightning.
An abandoned, run-down industrial building, peaceful and silent.
Do you believe your most important experiences were painful or pleasant?
Painful.
Pleasant.
Both.
They weren't good, but admitting something was painful feels like a defeat.
