Session Based Classes
 
We are considering adding some session based yoga offerings. The session based approach is a good way to grow progressively in certain areas. Once again, simply click on the appropriate number for each of the ideas.

Please note that we happily share the studio time and space with Pilates with Roz and the only time we can add more programming is on weekends or early in the morning.
Community Building
 

Get Yoga is all about connecting with our local community and helping people improve their physical and mental health. For example we have partnered with Addictions and Mental Health Services and have provided yoga to other organizations such as the Quinte West Youth Centre
