Dear Participant,

I am a student at the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science, currently conducting research as part of my MBA program. The purpose of my research is to determine the possible relationship between different leadership styles, team innovation, and the success of a team. Your participation in this study is greatly appreciated.
