This is the end of her story. V9 will memorialize her, and she'll get mentioned a bit in later volumes, but the show will move on without her.

She's not coming back to life, but she's going to be a significant part of the V9 underworld plot, probably as a ghost, and then we won't see her again after that.

She's not coming back to life, but she'll be in Winter's head the same way Ozpin is in Oscar's head, meaning she'll still be a part of the plot.
