As long as my team are happy I trust in giving them control

I like to work with my team members strengths to get the job done in a timely & effective manner

If I feel like controlling the activity is important in the quality of the result I will do it

Do you enjoy travelling?

Yes! I love seeing new places!

Not particularly, I'd rather stay somewhere close to home

It depends on my mood or on my work.
