About the Jim Roleplay world building

How should the company be?
Cult-like. They act like they're a family, but want their employees to follow a set of weird, strict rules. The company was probably built through the praise of something. Sacrifices will probably be made.
Hell-like. Each floor/employee represents a different sin? idk. Sacrifices will probably still be made.
Scientific. The company is highly technologic, they're making experiments on people and probably messing with some kind of alien/monster life that should be left alone.
Greedy™! The others are also greedy, but this one might as well break it's own legs to get more money.

How should the city be?
Tiny and Isolated, although it looks... happy? It's probably owned by the company, so most of the people who live there are employees.
Also tiny, but this one is filled with older folk and nature. Gloomy, rainy and there's probably some kind of mystery surrounding it.
80's/90's vibes. It's warm and full of colour, possibly near a beach, and the commercial area is full of fun stuff to do!
Also 80's/90's vibes, but this one is old! The colourful walls haven't been painted in years, most stuff is obviously outdated and some are even filled with dust. It's clear that this city is way past it's prime days.
Big city, full of buildings. Probably gray and rainy. Good chance the Jims will live in apartments this time!

How should the changes work?
Same as before, separated between those who become animal-like, and those who become..... goo-like, I guess?
New! This time, it's separated as animal-like, goo-like and divine-like, for those who become MORE than just some creature.
Let everyone do whatever and go crazy! This will definitely be a problem, but idk, maybe that's your cup of tea?
