What is included in the Welcome Appointment?
It’s a 1-on-1 tour with one of the gym staff members of our gym facilities, including the gym, MX4 area, spin rooms, the Reformer Pilates room, and the group fitness room. During the Welcome Appointment, the new members will also go through our pre-exercise screening tool, as well as discussing their exercise goals, so that our trainers can point them in the right direction
It’s a group tour with any Mill Park Leisure staff member. The tour consists of showing the new members our gym facilities, including the gym, MX4 area, spin rooms, the Reformer Pilates room, and the group fitness room
