Outlandish and impossible things can happen in this kind of daydreaming. This is important for managers because it can relieve stress and also inadvertently find solutions to problems.  Problem-Solving Daydreaming Daydreaming is thought to be a form of laziness and or an act of just wondering. According to Science Daily’s article, "Brain's Problem-solving Function At Work When We Daydream”, this is not the case. The function of “daydreaming” involves deep function of the brain that is for problem solving purposes. This action called to the brain is solving future complex problems or issues that have had an impact on the subconscious mind.  Not only does daydreaming allow you to tap into the brain’s problem solving skills, it allows for the brain to go into a relaxed state. In the article from Brolik.com, it was mentioned that, “Of all the problem solving activities, daydreaming allows you to be the most open-minded and creative.” Daydreaming has many benefits other than just problem solving,  it allows for our mind to create beyond what the conscious mind is capable of producing.   Let's begin!
