The glamping will be named ESSA, an acronym derived from the names Eva, Siri, Sam (my three sisters) and Anna (my own name). ESSA Glamping will be a start-up business, located in Barão de São João, right next to the popular city Lagos. This city is located in the area Algarve, in the South of Portugal. Opened ten months a year, excluding January and December. The prospect is to open ESSA Glamping within the upcoming five years. The key services will be providing sustainable accommodation and a spa & wellness. The subject of this survey is Customer DNA. Within this survey, I want to discover what potential guests interests are and how I can attract them. Validating the products and services with potential customers within its market before launching is the main focus of this survey and a vital part of my dissertation.
