Assuming we have an increase in lady hockey players next year. What option would you like to see for structuring our team? (note: if an option of two teams is selected we will do our best to dedicate a few practices for total team participation/scrimmage/etc where we can all be together)

Current team members are in. New members can only join if someone leaves the team

Two teams of equal skill level

Two teams: one silver (or A team) one bronze (or B team)
