DETECT-ED Amendment - Slack   The changes don’t affect the protocol or data collection in the ED, minus small additions to how our volunteers provide their description of Stage 2 to patients during informed consent. In brief, we have added the following to Stage 2 of our study:  Distribution of two $20 Visa gift cards as honoraria - one given after first month / second given at 1-year follow up when participation is complete Completion of PEDS-QL and PAQ questionnaires - at beginning of study (month 0) and end of participation (month 12), distributed via REDCap via Sanatani research team alongside other stage 2 materials.
