All the countries of the world are ranked on a 1-to-5 scale based on six criteria, also known as the six core components of logistics performance. The LPI is the average score of the six criteria, where a score of 1 means 'very low' and a score of 5 means 'very high'.

We are asking for two kind of thresholds.
1. Indifference threshold (q)
2. Preference threshold (p)

The indifference threshold (q) means that a numerical difference in score is so small that it is indifferent to you. Example: If the difference on a 1-to-5 scale between two countries on the criteria Customs is lower or the same as 0.3, the scores are indifferent to me. What is de value of q for you personally per criteria (answer with 1 decimal)?

The preference threshold (p) means that a numerical difference in score is large enough to make a difference to you. Example: If the difference on a 1-to-5 scale between two countries on the criteria Infrastructure is higher or the same as 0.8, the scores are different to me. What is de value of q for you personally per criteria (answer with 1 decimal)?
