Hi! I am working with Housing Operations and Messina to help future students better navigate through their own conflicts by using the examples and responses that are collected here today. This is a quick survey to gather feedback about conflicts you or students have been involved in or had to mediated.  Thank you for your time! 

What are the most common things that people have conflicts over?

Have you experienced harmful comments being said during a conflict? If so, what were they?

Have you witnessed/experienced  any "ah-ha" moments when dealing with a conflict? If say, what was it?

How did you or the other parties feel during the interaction? What was the vibe?

How were you/other parties able to reach a resolution?
