I often worry about what other people think of me

I feel guilty for wanting to do things by myself

I often say 'Yes' to things I really want to say 'No' to

I can easily list 10 things I enjoy doing

When I think about saying 'No' to someone/something I feel afraid

I am often worried that my decisions will result in judgement

I find decision making very difficult

I feel unfulfilled in my career

I sometimes feel overwhelmed and stressed

Respect is earned by being nice

My relationships tend to be difficult or dramatic

I really hate letting people down

I am constantly the victim of situations

My opinion of myself is influenced by what others say about me

I find my self accepting poor treatment from others even when I said I wouldn’t

I take on additional tasks at work when asked, even though I know I am already swamped

Though I know I am not at fault, I often apologize just to maintain peace in my relationships

If I have prior engagements and a friend asks me for a favor I will postpone my previous plans to help her

With so much going on I hardly find time for myself

I am easily irritated and angry
