Market Price: Y1=auction cost. Y2=market price. Y3=market price.

Nick Escalator: Y1=auction cost + $5. Y2=Y1 cost + $10. Y3=Y2 cost + $15

Modified Nick: Y1=auction cost. Y2=Y1 cost + $5. Y3=Y2 cost + $10 Y4=Y3 cost + $15

Max Escalator: Y1=auction cost +$10. Y2=Y1+$20
