S H A P E - C H A R A C T E R - C R E A T O R

Hello! I've worked hard on this, and it's still a work in progress. 
 
I've wanted to make an interactive and fun way for people to "request" a shape. By that I mean, they fill out the form here with relevant choices and data, and it challenges me to break out of my comfort zone to try to develop a character and in turn, a shape, with all the specifics. 
 
You're able to fill this out anonymously of course, but you also have the option of leaving your in-world name (not display name) and if/when I do finally manage to make the character, I will give you the shape and stylecard information, for free.
 
I do plan on selling the shapes created out of these, however, if you'd like your request to become a personal/private character and shape, I plan on deciding a relevant fee for exclusivity rights. I hope that makes sense.
 
I'd love any and all feedback, and I'll include a spot at the end, as well as the option to skip to the feedback question directly if you'd like to provide feedback or ask a question prior to using this form.
