Who are allowed to come to the sites?
An employee with a recent (within 2 wks.) Covid-19 test with a negative result
An employee without a recent Covid test negative result but has approval letter from the executive management team
A visitor with a recent Covid test negative result
A visitor with the approval from your group's VP in advance
Who would know if you were allowed to enter the site or not?

How do you enter the sites?
Use your own badge to open the door
Enter from the opened entrance (e.g., warehouse)
Tailgate an employee through the door
Call someone to open the door for you
What should you do if you forgot your badge?
Call another employee to open the door for you
Enter through Warehouse entrance as long as you are allowed to come to site
Go back home and get it
Reach out to the facilities team for help
What are the reason why an employee’s badge may no longer function?
An employee has been terminated and the badge was not returned but it was deactivated.
An employee was in violation of the site security guidelines.
An employee is on Family leave.
An employee was in violation of the site safety policy.
An employee has tested negative for Covid-19.
An employee was exposed to a person whom tested positive for Covid-19.
An employee had an expiration date associated with their badge as they were fixed term, contractor, or a temp.
An employee did not get tested per the every two weeks on Tuesdays Covid testing.
An employee has not read and signed that they understood and will comply to the current safety policy.
An employee badge has been damaged and or it just died.
An employee is sick
