I didn't pay much attention to them. I usually just started with the workouts each week
What are key features you're looking forward to in Strength 2.0 (they can be the same features in the first Strength guide or brand new ideas you thought the first program was lacking). A list format works great here.
Did you take advantage of the exercise videos throughout the workouts, or were the exercise photos sufficient?
I needed the videos for help on form
I only used the photos
I used a combination of photos and videos if I needed more support
A Nutrition section was included in the beginning of this program. Did you take away any valuable tips and use them throughout your 8-Week Program?
Yes! I incorporated all your tips and saw tremendous progress throughout the 8 weeks
I took away a few valuable tips, and implemented them sporadically
I read through it, but didn't utilize it as best I could. Will take advantage my next time through it!
