Each new hire follows the same on-boarding process, and additional training is provided to fill any skill gaps.

Employees have monthly targets and get reviewed monthly

At least quarterly to allow for certain fluctuations in deployments

Once a year since our standard performance appraisal for salary increases and bonuses are conducted at the end of each year

Absolutely! Our employees know, understand and are committed to our company mission

Reviews are based on financial targets at the end of the year; we measure P&L per account but our staff aren't privvy to that

If employees request for a specific assignment, we usually assess and allow temporary olateral transfers without necessarily promoting them to a new position

Yes, we identify their strengths based on performance data and offer training where it's needed

Attrition is an area of concern so our focus is on replacing vacated posts more than training at the moment.

Q7. Do you encourage employees to explore new tools and resources that will help them perform better on the job?

We limit new tools unless there is a substantial reason for implementing those.

Yes, employees are encouraged to seek tools and resources and present them to the team for consideration

It's not a policy but our employees know that they can recommend tools and resources as needed

Q8. Do you give immediate feedback on employee performance or wait for the monthly calibration?

We waste no time and address issues as they arise

We address only critical issues and usually wait for the monthly performance reviews before giving feedback to employees

Our employees know how they are doing compared to monthly targets; we leave the department heads to give coaching as needed.

Q9. Is employee engagement part of your company's annual budget?

Yes

Not yet, but we are open to reviewing benefits so we can study and include in the next budget cycle.

Q10. Do you have an employee referral program? Do you reward employees who refer candidates for both internal and external requirements? Is this part of your engagement program?

No, we don't have a referral program; our employees just share openings when they feel like it, it's not mandatory.

Yes, we have an existing referral policy but it hasn't really made much difference.

Absolutely! Aside from having a referral policy, we also greatly encourage employees to share job openings and announcements as part of their daily social media engagement tasks (we keep a pretty open social media access)
