Should I be sure to make it clear to future sellers that we need to disclose damage to items that isn't obvious? Should sellers be banned if we find out they have been dishonest? Should we allow Solterra residents to have friends and family that do not live here bring items over? Should we make them "liable" ie they would be banned if we got complaints in the future on their friends being dishonest? Comments on the situation I put in the email...
