How do you prefer the email that HQ sends out to you and your host in the week of your workshop. This email includes the workshop times, what time they should open the facility, what they need to prepare etc.

Only send it to me (as a reminder). I will communicate with the host what I need and what time I will be there, etc.
HQ does not have to send me this email. I will keep track of my workshops and the communication with the host.
How do you prefer PIA-registrations during your workhop?
Digital: Let the participants activate the membership through their phone and I will help them if necessary.
Paper registration form: This gives me a better overview
Regarding the survey that HQ sends out after your workshop.
I don't mind filling it out every time to provide HQ with valuable information.
I don't think this survey is necessary. If something important/specific happens during my workshop, I will reach out to HQ myself.
About the grouppicture: Do you think it is a good idea that HQ uploads it on their social media?

Yes, but only when the grouppicture increases the brands awareness. For example: Influencer, new country, lot's of attendees, etc. Otherwise it could lead to a 'Piloxing is not running well'-reaction because of the amount of participants in the workshop.
No, I upload the picture on my own social media so participants can find it there to keep connected with me.
I prefer to email the grouppicture in private to the participants after the workshop.
