The League of Ordinary Gentlemen — 2024 Season Rule Changes

Should we get rid of divisions and go to a 14-week regular season?
Because the regular season is now 18 weeks, some byes go into Week 14. Thus, playoffs should only run Weeks 15-17. Our playoffs would still have 6 teams, with the top two teams getting a bye. Divisions are pointless if you're playing unbalanced schedules, so just the top 6 of 10 teams (with random schedules) advance to the postseason
Yes: 14 weeks, no divisions
No: Leave as is
No: We need to discuss a different format
Change from traditional waivers to auction waivers
Directly from ESPN: "Teams will have a specific budget ($100 for the season) with which they can offer to sign a player and all offers are processed after the league’s specified waiver period. If a team would like to add a player, they will secretly offer the salary amount they are willing to pay. On the waiver process day, the team with the highest offer will be awarded the player, and the salary amount will be subtracted from that team's budget. Players who are not claimed during offer processing become free agents available for first-come, first-serve style pickups."
Yes: Auction waivers until Wednesday overnight, then first-come, first-serve like before
No: Leave waivers with reverse record order claims like we've done
What do we do about PPR?
This is simple: Full (like last year), half, no point per reception
Full PPR
1/2 PPR
No PPR
Should we add a SuperFLEX?
This radical change would drastically impact drafting, among other things. Everything about the roster sizes will remain the same (16 players, 2 IR spots), but we would simply add another starting spot and another bench spot. This SuperFLEX position could be anything — QB, RB, WR, TE — and most teams would start a second QB. That said, because there are not necessarily 20 QBs that teams want to start each week, this would give teams the option to start someone who isn't a QB in that spot rather than a straight 2 QB league.
Yes: Add SuperFLEX
No: Leave rosters as is
No: Reopen roster discussion
