Yes

How do you feel about the Ancestry DNA test or any DNA/Heritage test?

I think it is great, it will show me my ethnicity, what country my ancestors originate from, and connect me with family members

I think it can be great however it can reveal secrets I may not want to know.

I wouldn't try it because I may not want my DNA shared for privacy reasons.

I think they aren't accurate and a waste of time.

I have never really thought about taking any test to learn about my Ancestry or Genealogy.

Would you be more open to an Ancestry DNA test if it showed you information that could help prevent health issues?

These Ancestry test give you a breakdown of your ethnicity as well as relatives but you have the option to be included in the matching databases would you want to be included or just know your ethnicity?

I would want to know my ethnicity and I would want to be in matching databases to find and connect with family members.

I would only want to know my ethnicity, I do not want to know about any new family member.

If you took a DNA test and found out about a close family member that you never knew existed, how would you react?

I would be surprised and want to get to know them better.

I would be upset that my family did not tell me about them sooner.

I would not want to meet or get to know them.

If you found out one of your parents was not your biological parent, how would you react?

I would start off upset and confused but I'd be open to learning why it was kept a secret.

I would be shocked, upset, and sad that the secret was kept from me.

If I found out one of my parents wasn't my biological parent I would keep it to myself and never tell anyone.

I would not care because they're the only parents I have known up until now.
