My name is Josephine Halbauer and I am a senior at Highlands High School in Northern Kentucky.
I am currently enrolled in an AP Research class, where our goal is to conduct research about a specific topic. I am planning to study how physical therapy exercises can reduce the recovery times of high school athletes with ACL injuries, so they can return to their sport faster.
I plan to analyze the data that is collected in this survey to see if there are any difference between the use of exercise machines vs. non-machine exercises in physical therapy and how they affect the recovery time of these athletes.
No personal information in this survey will be shared as part of the results of the study. An email is requested, but not required, so that I could reach out potentially for more information. In addition, the answers given in this survey are supposed to be generalized, so that no violations of HIPAA are made.
