Eastern Class 2006 Reunion Committee

Secretary - responsible for keeping documents and information, action items, creating meeting agendas, scheduling, taking meeting notes, email blasts, communication and correspondence, assisting the President, reunion board, committees, and alumni representative as needed.
Janay Waiters ~ US Army - Lead Administrative Specialist - 4 years. State of Florida - Staff Assistant and Liaison to Regional Administrator - 2 years. Federal Government - Human Resources Assistant and Training Coordinator - 4 years. Project Manager - Present. Years of experience in assisting management in daily program operations, advising management, coordinating meetings, agendas, working calendars, coordinating training events, working with vendors and contractors, distribution of emails and information, taking meeting minutes, and assisting personnel with daily operations as needed.
Treasury - oversees all financial matters of the reunion as well as any committees where funding is used or collected. Responsible for making all payments for reunion-related matters and any contracts that may be related to the event. Runs all pay sites for reunion funding. Oversees the finance committee. Must work with the President on all matters.
Jerome Doy ~ I also have a background and finances and money. As operation manager in a business owner, I handled this very well with budgeting and making sure we’re getting the best for our buck. Just let me know when you need me and let’s get it Poppin
Marketing Committee (2-3 members) - responsible for social media presence and running social media pages, marketing the event, and selecting a photographer and videographer for the reunion. Collect any photos from alumni to be used for the event (high school photos, memories, class of 06 events, etc). Must work with the Treasurer and President for any funding.
Donald Jenkins ~Interested in social media marketing. Background running multiple school social media accounts for 5 years
Finance Committee (2 members ) - responsible for any fundraising efforts for the reunion, selling tickets, collections, etc. The treasurer oversees this committee. The Treasurer and President will decide how the committee will run.
Denita Wilson ~ I have worked various jobs in a cash handling and am more than responsible
Planning Committee (2-3 members) - The planning committee is responsible for making sure the event happens! Who, what, where, when, and how. This committee should be experienced in event planning or coordinating events. The planners will select the DJ, Designer, Any Catering, Location, etc. Must work with the Treasurer and President for any funding.
Shelaeh Herman ~ I am interested in being apart of the planning committee to create a memorable event to celebrate our 20 year anniversary
Everyone knows the type of person I am. I also runs a production company I coordinate and plan mini events. I am a photographer and chief of a security company and I’ll make sure that Security services is on boarded as well as capturing everything that’s needed from the photo booth to the 360 for the event as well as getting things that is needed. I’m just at my class. Have a good time.
Donnisha Barnes ~ As a manager my professional role requires me to plan and oversee events for students and staff members.
Sherrita Mcmillan ~ Yes, I am a cheer coach and we are always planning and hosting events. I know how lead and be a good team player, I come with good ideas as well
