I am the general manager and am trying to determine where my focus should be to keep my emplyees happy. I want to know what shift they usually work whether that be day shift, night shift, or both. I want to know what employees feel the biggest complaint is about their shift. I also want to know what they feel lis the biggest issue that the shift prior to theirs isnt completing or if there are multiple issues they are experiencing
