League Manager can manage team however he wishes - DOES NOT need to tell league about sits

League Manager MUST start each week with a full roster and can then pull/sit players from there

League manager must have fuller roster at all times

Trades...

All Trades go through - announced and finally approved from Commissioner

League vote - excluding league managers involved in trade. 7 or more NOs/NAYs declines the trade

Weekly Payouts - For Highest Total Points

Yes - money TBD

No - Keep Original payouts for League Winner/Team with highest points

Both - find a way to combine both for more prizes (this will make buy-in higher FYI)
