What do you do if a basic phone with apps not approved by TAG comes to you to be blocked?

Encourage them to get more apps

As long the customer will think you did not see it ignore it and leave it. As it's only that we "officially" don't allow it. But we really have no problem with it.

Let the customer know that to be serviced by TAG all apps have to be removed
