SCENARIO: You are faced with the option to finally take out a syndicate of villains which have terrorized the japanese society for years. You just need to set off a bomb in their HQ, and it's over. The catch: There's innocent civilians in their HQ, children included. What do you do?

A hero must kill all evil, despite the crime.

A hero has to give everyone a fair chance, even a villain.
