What is your opinion about the 'weekly catch up call'?
I like the current format - 30-45 min per week where different topics can be discussed every week. Eventually if we keep up this format the 'Perfomance & Governance' meeting would be cancelled.
I reckon it has lost the essence that the call had initially - It was created as a meet-and-greet. It should go back to the 15 min quick format.
We don't need this weekly call anymore.
What is your opinion about the 'Monthly Operational Review (MOR)'?
It is useful to know what other peers are doing. We should keep it once a month - 90 minutes duration - and separate from any other meeting. We would also need to go back to have meeting minutes takers and share it after the session with the group.
We should adapt the format - prepare the update beforehand using an excel or a powerpoint and review it througout the meeting. This will require preparation.

What do you think about the 'Performance & Governance' meeting?
It is a good session to get updates about the different workstreams happening besides the category activities. We should keep it once a month - 90 minutes duration - and separate from any other meeting.
We should adapt the format - share beforehand content so this way can be reviewed prior the meeting and then turn the session into a Q&A and reinforcement session. This type of session will require preparation from all participants.
