You see something you like at the mall, your first thought is

You got a new pair of shoes. You are thinking:

I have been eyeing this pair for sometime, and its finally on sale

I just saw them and had to buy them

They are the pick me up I need

They are a "look at me, I am rich" brand

They are much needed winter boots

When using a credit card:

You know when and how u will be paying it off

I make sure its gold or platinum

It helps me buy whatever I need on the spot

I only use it for emergencies

I reach out for it whenever I feel bad

When starting a home renovation or home decor project

I know how much it will cost me and how I will pay for it

I buy whatever I like immediately

Its never my idea!

I make sure its branded and flashy

It will take my mind off other things

When on Vacation:

Its fabulous, the IT destination

Its planned and budgeted for

Its a spur of the moment decision

Its pushed, postponed and delayed

A trip would do me good

When buying a gift

I roam the mall looking for the best value for my money

I just saw it and thought of you

Its symbolic

It needs to make up for a lot

I focus on what the gift will say about me ( I am sophisticated, I am creative, etc)
